Champs, they're new, put them in just over a month ago but they have been soaked in fuel for a while now....maybe it's worth changing them out.

Yep. I am just not a fan of champion plugs. I have had many cases were once they foul out, they are just done, regardless of what you do to them.

Go for some good autolites.

At this point I don't care what kind they are, lol. I just always use what comes factory in cars, they seem to work best. I'm gonna head to the parts store shortly and grab some new ones.

is the o2 not switching at all? Should be switching when in closed loop which would have an impact on air/fuel mixture. Does it ever go closed loop?

What does your LTFT look like?

Never really runs long enough to warm up, runs for seconds only. No adaptives have run yet, so has no fuel trim data.

are you still working on the initial issue in the OP? I can't remember, I thought you put a cat on it and that helped.

Same issue, no change.
I parked the truck for the winter on the street, went out 2 weeks later after it got cold and snowed to move it for plowing and it wouldn't run. Tried and tried, finally got it going enough to get it around the block and park it outside my house. Pulled plugs, were black. Tried new fuel, same thing. Checked spark, good. Checked coolant temp sensor, had a crack so changed it, never was able to scan it because our old scanner is Mia. Fuel pressure is good. Dropped exhaust, no change.
Still wouldn't run so pushed it into the driveway with a buddy's truck. Tried a used PCM, No change. Checked timing, good. Checked TPS/map/coolant temp wiring to PCM, good. Finally last week found an old cable for the DRB 3, so was able to scan it. Everything looked good. Tried a map sesnor yesterday, no change. Pulled plugs and got new ones tonight, gonna install and try tomorrow.

New plugs fixed it for 5-10 seconds, lol. Ran mint, idled smooth, then started loading up again, pulled one plug and it's soaked. I can't think of anything that would make it DUMP fuel unless I have 8 bad injectors all at once...............

Found a big problem. Egr solenoid sitting on egr and melted, removed solenoid, plugged line and it ran good. Tried OEM pcm and would not run. Looks like I had two problems.
