I have a few things going on with electrical. Today my ignition switch halo light will not go out after 2 hours. Also, I had to take radio fuse out because even in off position radio clock stays on. Also, windshield wipers are going intermittently. Everything happened at one time. I disconnected battery until I can get some insight. I have 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 (5.9) Seems electrical has been worked on before because I see electrical tape on wires. Any ideas?

 

Start looking for shorts to power. Also, check for open recalls on your truck.
