So my truck just got ran into by another truck tonight while parked on the side of the road. The bumper, headlight, fender, and grille are all trashed. I have a 1st gen with a heavy duty homemade front bumper on it. Will that bolt up to a 2nd gen? I know the backs are the same but can't find anything about the front.

Also, the piece the headlight mounts into, what is that a part of? Is it part of the fender or is it a separate peice that can be replaced?

 

Check your insurance laws. Here in michigan (no-fault insurance....) if your vehicle is legally parked, and someone hits it, THEIR insurance pays ALL the repair costs.

 

Yeah I'm most definitely not paying for it. I'm just curious about that stuff
