Default Maintenance to do, Power Steering Hiss?

So I was reading along in one of the post a few under this one about snakes in the dash and realized to myself that I have the same problem. Mine happens when I turn the wheel but it does sound like its coming from the dash so do you think its a vacuum leak?

Also, whats some regular maintenance on these trucks. I've done the rear end, oil and filter OF COURSE, K&N Drop-In, Seafoam down the vacuum lines, cleaned the TB, put dielectric grease on EVERY electrical connection, all new pulleys and a new belt, Mopar double roller chain and tensioner and a new plenum and wheel bearings are planned.

Anything else I need to worry about?

Everything is done except for the brake fluid, tranny and suspension joints if possible.

Take a look at the brake line next to the gas tank. They rust out to the point they burst and the brake pedal goes to the floor. I have first had knowledge of this.
When you get a replacement cap make sure you get an OEM style with the brass inserts. Otherwise they will give you one with aluminum and they corrode and don't last as long.

Replace the 02 sensors if there original, or if they have over 80,000 miles on them.
