Default How to install this cabin filter?

So I found this cabin filter on a thread somewhere on here from like four years ago. Does anybody know how this thing installs though. I would like to know before I buy it.

I'm not familiar with this product, but from the pictures, it looks like you remove your wind shied wiper arms and screw these in, and then put your wind shield wiper arms back on.

Yeah, I couldn't find any info on them. I might get them and see if I can figure it out... Can't be too hard, lol

From the page you referenced...
"The dual interior air filter kit fits over the factory vents and is held in place with self tapping Phillips head screws."

Ummmm. I would hope that it goes under that plastic cowl cover. That looks like ****. I would say it goes under, it would mount in the exact same spot and looks like it would fit perfectly.
