Default Need some help with fog light install & other ideas

So I have the 1998 ram 1500 reg cab long bed 4x4 ST model i think with the 5.2L engine.

The front bumper has the oval looking cut out in the bumper. I have seen on some models there is an insert that looks like it houses factory fog lights.

Am I am to install this in mine or is this a completely different front bumper that allows one to have these fog lights.

Next I was kinda upset, I found a pro-charger setup on ebay that included a complete used pro-charger kit with MSD box, gauges, pillar pod, floor mats etc. for 1800 bucks needed cleaned up and was 10 years old and missed out on the deal. it goes for 5700+ new for everything.

I was looking to strap on some added power, cold air, charger, anything.

I am in the midst of over hauling my truck as I have just finished the complete front suspension replacement.

Now I am looking for some body parts, I need front pass fender, tailgate, 8ft bed, rockers, doors, heavy duty leaf springs

LMC Truck has a lot of the repair panels. Even for your bed. (yours doesn't really look that bad.)

The bumper inserts for fog lights you should be able to take off of any 94-98? sport model truck, and get the fogs as well. (they aren't the best, but, if you are going for the stock look, shouldn't be too hard to find.)

LMC has the inserts for with or without lights plus the factory fog light kit. I just bought aftermarket lights and mounted them in the same place as factory with a relay kit. They're actually driving lights so they actually help. How do you like the new KOs?

I just got the LMC cat in the mail yesterday. found them, I am wondering how I should wire these in as my truck didnt have this option or even the proper space for the upgraded feature of turning them on with the factory switch.

KOS, grip awesome! Here in pittsburgh i twas tested pretty good. Handleing seemed a little squashy, as I have the older Kos on as myt last tire.

Harness for fogs may already be on your truck. Should be a connector on the middle, bottom, of your radiator support. The harness that plugs into that, and goes to the lights you will have to come up with though.

Also need to check the connector at the headlight switch, and see if it has provisions for fogs already there. Should just be a couple additional wires. Service manual will tell you which ones.

As I recall, you will need the factory switch with fog lights (it pulls out to light them), and add a fuse in the box, hook up the wires, and bingo.
