What're you looking to spend? Google search turned up a few things ranging from around 50 for OE replacement to around 200 for aluminum, deep pan, w/ drain plug.

If your pan is still good, just pick up a drain plug kit at the parts store, drill a hole, install it, all done.

Yes it will, all these transmissions used the same bolt pattern

Torqueflight 8, 727
(36RH, 37RH - 66 to 89)
(46RH, 47RH - 89 to 95)
and is also called the A-518
(46RE, 47RE - 96 to 01)
(48RE 02 to 2007.5).

Check the boxes and make sure those Moog joints aren't made in China.

I put mine on the side of the pan facing the rear. Didn't want anything on the road to hit it and damage it. Simple Dorman drain and the included nylon washers and no leaks.

I did crank the drain in there really tight though...

Note that while the bolt pattern is the same for the pans 727 and A-518 pans, I've found that the factory stock A-518 pans are deeper than the comparable factory stock 727 pans.
