Default long cranking

My 95 1500 5.9 has had long cranking since I got it. I've replaced the MAP sensor, Fuel pump, completely took apart intake and throttle body and cleaned, cleaned injectors. Fuel pressure is fine too. Can't seem to figure it out and I've been reading everyone else's posts there doesn't seem to be anything I haven't already tried.

Does pressure come right up when you first turn the key on?

How's the coil? Might want to check and see how your spark is.. take it from there.

Next time you start it, turn the key on, wait 5 seconds, then repeat 3 more times and see how it starts. If it starts right up, you have a leaking injector or fuel pump check valve.
