X2 . What parts are new , what brand names were used , was a 5.2/5.9 swap done and basically anything else you can think of incl rebuild details . Also important , what new parts were installed the same time . You may want to consider testing some of those new parts or even swapping back the old ones if they were good for testing .

Have you tested for vacuum pressure and leaks ?

Sounds like the fuel isn't getting there as fast as the air. Double check fuel pressure?
