Hhhmmmm...... I would be tempted to see if I couldn't find a one-piece shaft to toss in there, and see if the problem doesn't go away.

Using the old "grab the yoke and try to move it up, down, side to side and around" method I cant detect any slop in it.

I would assume so. Inland Truck Parts used spicer joints and balanced it.

Who installed the shafts? Wouldn't hurt to have a look... Everyone can make mistakes. Being a tooth off on the phasing would give you a bit of a vibration.....
