Rusted Floor Pans
Today I was replacing my interior with newer seats and new vinyl floor. After taking out the old vinyl floor I found the floor pan rusted.
It's rusted right in the middle where the front seat bolts to the floor on both sides of the truck. Even the raised part where the seat physically bolts is completely rotted.
My question is, where is the best place to get new panels? Also, from a quick check, I see new pans that go from the tunnel 17 1/2" towards the rocker. It does not go all the way to the rocker. I also can not find that raised area where the seats bolt.
Any help would be great. It's a 2001 Quad Cab. A "Pittsburgh Truck". We deal with salt that destroys everything!

There are several places, including LMC that have the floor pans. LMC says they are for a standard cab. Others all say they are for 2wd only. I don't know what could be different between the 4wd and 2wd?
Front seat support is not available anywhere. The driver side one on my truck is completely rotted and not usable. The passenger side is pretty bad also.

So after some grinding, I've discovered the floor pan is worse than thought. It's pretty much rusted all the way to the rocker. The inner rocker is also rusted away.
Trying to find a shop in Pittsburgh that's willing to do the work replacing the floor and rocker panel has been difficult. No one wants to deal with rust!
Not sure what to do from here. I don't know if it would be cheaper to swap a cab or keep trying to find someone to do the work fixing the rust.

Im in Pittsburgh as well. I have a friend that specializes in rust repair on any angle or degree of severity. You get what you pay for and hes is moderate to maybe high idk. But he will get the finished product all the way to a "primed" state then the rest is on you.
I have rust issues as my rockers are gone to what seems the inner part.
Also I will be going down to FL with my truck. if you want I could cut out some floors, but you would have to pay me before I do so. I have already been to a few yards there and got GREAT parts!
