Heres an update. Sorry it took so long. I removed the throttle body and cleaned it. Really wasnt that bad. Put a new IAC in and put it back on. Seems to run a touch better but still runs rough and doesnt really have alot of power. Whats next? Thanks!

It takes 2 or 3 warm up cycles for the pcm to relearn idle.
Did you line up distributor rotor to number 1 at TDC?
We're all sparkplugs replaced?
Put 195 Thermostat back in.
Test or replace oil sender.
Test fuel pressure.
Clean IAC bore

Do compression test and leak down test.

I set the dist. back in just as it came out. Intake gaskets done intake throttle body cleaned new iac new tps. Have to put the 192 therm back in. Ive driven the truck a handful of times since repair and the idle is still junk. Worried because the truck needs exhaust from manifolds back. The Y pipe is shot at the flanges. Converter may be junk. #8 spark plug didnt want to come out had to use 1/2 inch breaker bar to get it out. The plug looks like it hadnt fired in a long time. Wasnt black just rust colored. Fuel injection sync hasnt been set yet either since putting new distributor in. Sucking noise from under hood as well. Think thats the air box though. Part of the area where it seals to TB is cracked off. Truck has high miles but it should have more ***** than what it currently has. Going to run some tests on it over sunday and monday. I will post an update when done. Thanks for all the info from the ones that replied!

Take out the pre-cat O2 sensor, and go for a drive. See if it's any better.

UPDATE: ok i tested fuel pressure. Put gauge on and had no reading turned key to on and the gauge hit 25 or so and started falling. Noticed a leak in my gauge at the coupler (not to fuel rail) may have to get new gauge and retest. Also i wanted to check manifold vacuum to pcv..pulled hose at manifold and here is where i am confuse should the manifold be sucking or creating pressure to blow air out? Going to pull #8 spark plug and see what it looks like next

Fuel pressure should be around 50 psi.
