Default Quad light issues

Hey Guys its been a while since ive been on so ive had most things under control today,, Anyways here it is,, 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 sport edition with the Quad lamp design, my issue is I have my day time hi and low beams working fine but my quad beams will not activate at all, i have power to both my Pink with red strip and green with brown strip as shown in the diagram but to know avail on the activation on the switch on the column I can ground out the Green with Brwn Stipe and they will activate, so it means its between the swtch and the realy of sorts,, have you guys run into this issueÉ I have though possibly according to the diagram, the high beam indicater isnt working would this be an issue?

The high and low beams work off the signal switch as supposed too,, just cant get the indicator light and the quad beams to light up, Any help would be greatly appreciated .

i should note the indicator light is good as i pulled the dash out and checked

Looking thru the wiring diagrams is kinda confusing..... It almost looks like the quad lamp relay gets power from two directions..... perhaps I am just reading it wrong.....

Does the relay trip at all?

If I am reading the diagrams right, (and that's open to question....) the switch controls the ground circuit for the relay........ It may be the switch, or, it may be the ground that the switch uses that is causing the problem.
