New crank sensor is in and still no start or spark, cam sensor? Or could this be a bad coil?

Disregard my last post, my silly self did not put the fuel system fuse back in after I pulled it when I was checking for spark, put it in and fired right up

Minor details.

Take it for a ride, get it nice and warm, see if its is reliable now.

Where did you get your crank sensor from?

Unfortunately from autozone, I tried the dealer and there was not one in central indiana that had it on the shelf, and I couldn't really wait for it because I use the truck for work. I know the risk I'm taking using the parts dealer stuff but i didn't really have a choice

Well, if it works, run with it. If it gives you issues, you can always order one up from the dealer.... or rock auto, or someplace else similar.

While we're on this subject... I've got a 99 with a 318 throwing a p1389 manufacturer control code. Tried swapping the asd relay with a similar one in the block and still no spark, replaced cps and coil and same result. Even went as far as swapping the engine computer with no luck as well. Any ideas?

You changed the crank sensor? Down behind the passenger head? What brand sensor? Or, did you change the sensor in the distributor?

Changed the sensor behind the cylinder head and I grabbed a replacement from one of the dodge dealerships
