Default Rear brakes not bleeding very good

The fronts do great gravity rear not to good any help would great thanks
The peddle gets hard on a stop and then it will shutter then pop and then there
fine it's very intermittent on a slow normal stop it feels like the ABS is coming
on

Probably is the ABS...... you have rwal, or 4wal?

RWAL I think I'm chasing my tail but i would like it to work right. But I'm just bout to the
point just unplug the dump valves and drive it thanks bud

I am not entirely sure the RWAL EVER worked "right"..... I know the RWAL on my truck is pretty much useless.
