There aren't really any "intervative" ways to reprogram an old PCM to give it features it isn't designed to support, so your own "Idiotics BS!" is perfectly nonsensical.

well to answer your original question, fabbing a 3rd gen bumper on a 2nd gen wouldnt be impossible, it would just look hideous. the 3rd gens look like obese 2nd gens and don't get me started on their atrocious white background gauge cluster ick
