Default Need help figuring out problem.

Hey , New guy here from North East Texas, new to the group, I have a salvage truck Frame is a 1998 Dodge ram 1500, but the rest is a 1999 Dodge Diesel Ram 2500 HD I'm in a pickle, took a trip to Tennessee and the Fuel filter clogged, but had a new one with me and seafoam cleaner as well, changed all that the truck ran great until we started home. We got to Biscoe, Ark. truck could only go up to 30 mph.now since we got home and camper unloaded, checked turbo, turbo running fine, but still have a problem start truck runs alittle bit dies. Was told to check cat but there is no cat or resonator just pipe to muffler then out. Now where do I look to solve problem?:
