Where do these go?!?

Where do these go?!?
I am just finishing up the work on my 98 ram. I replaced both heads, put the Hughes kit on the plenum, and replaced the timing chain and oil pan gasket. Now, I have everything back in place, but there's these two bolts left over!
I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a clue what I left these out of? I have gone through the parts manual, but don't see any bolts this small anywhere. They have a 9/16 head on them, and they are only 1" long total (including head). Where did I go wrong?
The two leftover bolts after all else is in place.

Thanks for the input. I'm about to go out and check it out. No, they are not cleaned. This is exactly how they looked when I pulled them. They are the same size as all the bolts that attached things to the heads on the front side, just a lot shorter. So, I'm guessing ground straps on the back side. Should find out soon enough. Thanks again!

Ding Ding Ding Ding!!!! We have a winner!!!
It was ground straps on the back of the heads. I kept going over everything of the front side of the engine, I forgot about the back side. Thanks everyone for helping me out, I was about to go nuts!
The color is a little off on the pic, that's what's making them look like they've been in antifreeze. For reference, I have them sitting on a black piece of construction paper for the pic.
