Default Rear Brake adjustment

Blew a wheel cylinder on Friday evening. So I learned how to replace brake pads and wheel cylinders. I learned enough that I won't do it myself again and pay a professional.....LOL

I bled them too but pedal still feels a bit spongy. There was no hole to adjust rear brakes either???? Is that done by jamming on the brakes in reverse? Will it eventually adjust the more I step on the brake going in reverse?

There should be knockouts on the bottom of the backing plate to allow you to manually adjust your brakes. I have seen the holes in the drums as well......
