Default Help with spedometer and dash lights

I have a 2000 Ram 1500 with a 5.9 liter engine and 2wd. I did search for the problem I'm having and couldn't find anything that matched.
Here's the problem. The speedometer will quit working and when it does the abs, brake, and airbag light will come on, and the power windows and the AC will quit working. If I disconnect the battery for 10 to 15 min. everything will work again for a little while. I have replaced the abs speed sensor and it still does it. All the other gauges and tach still works and the truck runs fine. The truck has 178,0000 miles on it and still gets 25 to 27 miles to the gallon on highway and about 15 miles to the gallon intown. Any help will be most welcomed and thank you in advance

Check the main connector on the bottom of the PDC, and see if it's loose.

Also, check/clean all three connectors at the PCM.

Good chance you have more than one problem going on there. I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't get a bad sensor....

27 mpg on the highway, you must be joking haha. you'd be lucky to get 15 rolling down a hill in a 5.9
