heres a few minute clip of a few miles driving, i noticed while rewatching it that sometimes from a stop my speedometer lags for a few seconds before going, leads me to believe my speedo sensor might be bad as well. It also loves to take its time between 2nd and 3rd gear

Watching the video is stomach lurching..... The view spinning around a couple times was really bad.

Your speedo is gets its signal from a gear driven VSS on the output housing of the t-case. I think the first thing I would do, is pull it out, and have a look at the gear. Make sure neither one is worn badly... and everything plugs in good. Also take note of how it is indexed, that is IMPORTANT.

haha i know i should of cut off that part, sigh its frustrating cause now its shifting fine, it went into limp mode the other day and i reset the pcm and now its fine again. i give up
