Put a voltmeter on the battery, see what it says.

Well took the battery off today and tested it, it was still good just dead as hell, and I know I didn't leave anything on in my truck the night before so I don't know what could've killed the battery, is there an easy way to test the alternator?

I've literally left my headlights on for a 9 hour shift at work before and still cranked right up hardly any hesitation. So idk what could kill it to that extent.
