Default NP231D Rebuild kit

Hey all, this is my first post in this forum so please be gentle if I'm posting incorrectly.

I'm looking for an entire rebuild kit for the transfer case in my 2001 1500 with the 5.2L. I've found one through JB conversions that is a bit pricey and one through Summit Racing that is about half the price but is from Crown Automotive. I'm not a big fan of crown parts/bearings, but also don't want to spend a ton of money on a heavy duty rebuild kit if it's not needed. My truck is used as a DD and a little hauling but nothing too crazy...

Are there any other rebuild kits for the NP231D? I've tried searching the forums but can't seem to find a reference to a full kit instead of ordering each individual part. I just figure that if I'm in there replacing one part, I might as well replace them all so that I hopefully don't have to tear the T-case out again for another 150K miles.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Why are you tearing into the case to begin with?

One or more of the bearings are worn out and I have a leak at the front output.
