Default wrecked 99 no start now

I wrecked my 99 2500 cummins yesterday, busted up the body got a small hole in oil pan.I can't get it to start.
Ok so here's what I found out today the back driver side axle got knocked off of the blocks,guy down the road has the shop that all they do is lift vehicles he said not a problem he can come by and help me with that. next problem there's this blue relay on the side of the dash in the fuse panel when I try to start the truck all it does is click I've taken the relay from under the hood and plug them in and nothing works they don't click can do anything any ideas? Ouch. Did you fix the oil pan? Fill it with oil? Does the engine turn over?

I have to fix the oil pan yet because I have yet to find out why its not cranking all I know since you want to try to crank it the blue relay clicks

If its in the fuse box, I don't think it is a critical component for the engine to run. (I don't think.....) Don't run the engine with a hole in the oil pan....... engines without oil don't last long. Diesel may last a bit longer...... but, still, it really ain't good for 'em.

Manual or auto trans?

I dont wanna run the engine, I just wanna find out why irs not cranking

Does the starter relay under the hood click?

The only thing that clicks is that blue relay on the side of the dash

Then the starter circuit is being interrupted somewhere from the switch, to the relay. Neutral safety switch? Clutch safety switch?

Don't have an alarm on your truck by chance, do you?

Wonder if that has something to do with it.... Can you arm/disarm it, and see if it will start?
