helper springs and electrical weirdness

I got two extra load springs from my cousin. I plan to put a cab over camper on my 01 1500 4x4. Any know of a video or instructions on how to do it?

So my electrical issue is, when I step on the breaks, the lights in the dash and my odometer brightness changes?? whats up with that?
