In my 1997 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 It makes a repetitive squeak while cornering, accompanied by a very slight knock when i've maxed out the steering. Any ideas what this might be? Only makes the noises while I'm moving not while stationary so not a belt or power steering pump. I know the noises for my truck and these are 2 new ones!

 

Sound like the axle u joints. The roller bearings are probably gone.
