no trailer lights

Default no trailer lights

I have a 95 ram 5.9 auto and every trailer I hook up doesn't have any lights. Where do I even begin to look for the problem

Check the wiring to the plug for the trailer as well as the plug itself.

Not sure if you have resolved this issue yet, but I had a similar problem. I have a factory 7 pin connector and an adapter to change it from 7 pin to 4 pin. Replacing the adapter resolved my issue.

you may be loosing the ground in the harness my 97 had a bad ground where all for light grounds connect on the drivers side harness at aprox the spare tire area its a seel connector that rusted..drove me crazy
