I greased the entire chassis about 3 days before I started having the noise...

****UPDATE - SUCCESS
Thanks for all the replies and help guys, really, truly appreciated.
Day 7 of me loosing my mind over this.
I crawled under the truck, had the girlfriend with the E-brake on, and the vehicle in drive, with wheels cranked to the lock, and a miracle happened, the truck clunked!!! clunked with me actually under the truck for once!!! i was below the T-case and from the moment it clunked, it was obvious it was right about me. I pry'd on all the body mounts, transfer case, everything, no luck, i grabbed my ratchet and started on the cross member bolts, and to my surprise they were slightly loose. they probably only loosened up to about 20 ft/lbs but i cranked on them. all four, and thats all it was. I am baffled at the fact that a slightly loose cross member would cause a loud clunk while turning, but it has clunked once since.

I am so happy and yet so relieved. Thanks again to the kind folks here at DF. right on guys.
