Someone mentioned to me that it could be the starter. Battery is good took jumper cables off n no change in head lights. I'll try to take a cable off the battery to c if that helps. I always hate winter. Things break then. But have a garage now so it'll be better to fix. Tried taking put fuse to radio n that didn't. Trying all ideas. Thanks for the help
