I've heard conflicting arguments on 50 or 52mm. I have a 98' Ram single-cab w/5.2, jba evol exhaust, jba ceramic headers, random tech cat, hypertech power programmer and volant CAI. Some folks are saying I should stay w/ a 50mm, but with future mods I think that i may want the 52mm. Any thoughts/experiences?

 

i would stay with the 50mm but it depends what your going to add on. I might be adding a super charger soon so can someone tell me what would be a good size for me. not trying to hijack your post or anything.

 

My suggestion would be to go to "The Fastman's" website and get his phone # and call him. Tell him what mods you have and plan to add and he will help you. Dan knows his stuff and is great to talk with on the phone.

 

Good suggestion. I emailed him awhile back and he told me for my 5.2 stay with the 50mm. 52mm is for the 360's. Also ask him how backed up he is. Some guys got a huge delay months back because he was overwhelmed.

It's just tempting with all the 52mm's I'm seeing for sale on ebay, etc. There are tons of them floating around. I was also looking at Holley's model, which ONLY comes in 52mm...
