Powertrax No-Slip locker for middle ground, a step up from the lunch box lockers. They make them for posi or nonposi spider gears just like the lunchbox ones.

I have a lifted 2500 with soft ride springs. One of the things that really helped mine with axel hop, which was horribly easy to do with the soft leaf springs, was delete the rear block by doing a shackle flip. The factory block is already 4-5" tall. Adds a lot of leverage that makes it easier for the spring to wrap. Get rid of that and you have an better time in soft stuff.
