Default Dodge noob Help! 2500 4x4

I am at my wits end here. So, I got a 2001 Dodge ram 2500 4x4 5.9 Gas.

I have a rough idle, I have changed plugs, cap, rotor, pvc. I was throwing multiple missfire codes and a po171 system lean bank one sensor 2

I still have a rough idle. My reader shows the spark advance fluctuating aggressively??

Im also clutching between first and second gear and im wondering if i need a new tranny. I changed the fluid and filter and tightened the belts. Im not slipping just clutching between first and second. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can't delete threads. Not sure how this one ended up here..... Probably another mod moved it. Just let it slide off into oblivion.
