Yeah...im worried about time constraints and I really don't want to go without my truck for a long period of time again. How long would you think it would take to do the plenum?

The plenum alone shouldn't take more than one full weekend day your first time around. I replaced plenum, water pump, timing chain, etc for my first time and got it all done in 1.5 days over the weekend.

Yep sounds about right. Just did my plenum, cap, rotor, wires, timing chain, and water pump and it took me 11 hours. Split it up over the weekend. Study up on what you want to fix so when you get under the hood, things should go a little quicker. "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"
