Default Opinions on adjustable control arms

I have a 2.5" spacer in the front of my 01 2500. I went to put on my 35x12.50 tires and they rub the diamond plate steps and under a bump would rub the back of the fender. I do not want to cut, nor do I want to lose the steps if I can help it, so I'm looking to recenter the axle in the wheel well. I'm hoping this will give me the clearance I need, since its just a bad rubbing. My plans may include lifting the truck more in the future (not too high to need long arms.) I was looking at some of the ebay options for control arms that adjust from stock to accommodate up to 8" of lift (more than I ever plan on) so that I can buy once and reuse if I go bigger. So my question is, what do you guys think of them? What should I stay away from? Who has a decent product that is budget friendly?

I was looking into something like these:

Thanks!

Ouch. Not exactly cheap...... but, considering what they do......

You can use those to recenter your axle in the fenders.... even push it forward just a bit, but, if you go over about 4" or so of lift, I would still recommend long arms.....

Adjustable uppers and lowers would give you a great deal of control over axle position, and alignment.... Really not a bad idea, if you don't mind spending the money.
