Ok so let's say I go with the nv3500, could I throw that in there and not worry about wiring? Other than the pedal assembly master clutch and slave cylanders. As well as bypassing the netual safety switch

The NV3500 is rated for 310ft/lb of torque... your 414 stroker will have more than that (I would hope).

With a manual trans, there's an interlock on the clutch pedal... the pedal has to be depressed to start the engine.
I don't know it this is via the ECU, or just the switch in series with the key.

Most people go .030" over (408) as a starting point, so there is room to rework the block again as it ages (.040", .060")... if you start at .060" over, you have no where to go... you need a new block each time.

I'm with Spillage on this one, you need a NV4500 or larger tranny. Why install a light duty tranny in your truck when you can install a medium duty for around the same price.

You don't want to take your magnum block .60 over.
