Eating passenger side pads...
My wife's 98 2500(2wd) is eating up passenger side brake pads. I replaced rotors, pads, right side caliper and hose only to have it eat the pads up 7 months later. I've never thought it was right even after replacing all that last time. It seemed it would tug to the right occasionally when I drove it. Of course she didn't/doesn't notice it.
I got it apart this morning to take the rotor to be turned. When I went to pick it up the guy said "I screwed your rotor up."..... Some how the machine stuck to the inside and grooved it pretty deep against the hub. I got a new rotor out of the deal though. I put silicone grease on the pins of the calipers and where they touch the spindle when I put it back together. Drove it and thought it tugged a little to the right still. But not every time I hit them. Is there a fix to this?

Caliper, rotors, hose, and the pads were 7 months old. But only the right side caliper and hose, not both. Drivers side isn't giving any problems. The spindle and caliper surfaces are smooth, pins still had grease on them too. The ABS and BRAKE light has been coming on and off for about a year also. Fluid looks good, I've bled the hell out of all them, rear ABS sensor was replaced with no result on the light.
