Thumbs down 46rh no forward after rebuild

I have a 46rh in a 94 ram 4x4. I have just went through the whole transmission but I am missing something. Old Tranny burnt the OD clutch pack and had to replace the sun gear and planetary in the OD unit. Installed all new clutches. A remanufactured valve body and a remanufactured pump and torque converter. Triple flushed cooling lines and cleaned everything in the tranny really well. It goes into reverse just fine. When put into drive engine rpm's drop slightly like something wants to go. rev up and nothing. put in low still nothing. Is it possible that when I put the OD unit on one of the tubes may not be lined up causing this. I have pulled the od unit back a couple times to ensure my bearing and spacer did not drop but the last time I did it got in rush and did not pay attention to the tubes. Would this cause this problem or should I search elsewhere. I would love to bring it to someone but I am in a rough patch financially. Any help would be appreciated

I think your problem is elsewhere, check the band adjustments first...... if that ain't it, gonna have to start checking pressures.

will check tonight. I was thinking that also. I set it to 72inlbs and backed off 2 turns. But it sure did not look like the adjustment screw went in very far. I did try to verify the lower clamp was in place but could not see it

pressure check first. in reverse i have 160psi@rea rservo port. accumulator pressure is 50psi in drive(70 to78 is normal) Got to get another fitting tomorrow to check governer pressure to ensure it is @0psi. I did not change the seals on the rear clutch (did not have a press at the time) so I am kind of ruling that out and that was not an issue when I started. Rear band only engages in reverse and manual low I believe.
