Greetings, new guy here. I bought a 94 2500 4x4 V10 on the cheap. So far i have a put a little bit of money into it. tune up,water pump gaskets ect...I aslo had the transmission line replaced. After replacing the tranny line. I am getting a trans temp light. Even when i start the truck. What am i missing here and what do i need to look for? Thanks in advance.

 

The temp sensor on yours was actually screwed on to a fitting on the trans line. That particular part should be in the forwardmost line, no more than about six inches from the trans. Check that the sensor is actually there, and hooked up, and the harness isn't pinched.
