Question Cylinder 1 and cylinder 8 misfire

Hey so I bought a 97 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.2 a few months back. The truck runs really rough in the mining and basically won't drive unless I let it warm up for about half an hour. I had it on a computer and the only codes that came up were for cylinder 1 and 8 misfire. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap and roter, and the ignition coil. Didn't change a thing. The pcm looks as if it may have been replaced. So I am kinda wondering if that could possibly be the problem? The injectors acoording to the computer were all working the same so I don't know if they could still be an issue

Check out the plenum thread stickied at the top of the Tech Section.

It's been a long time since I did my plenum but misfires at 1 and 8 sound familiar...

When you replaced the plugs did you notice if those were oiled up?
