Mpg getting worst in my 318

4.10/4.11 would have your RPMS right about where they would normally be with stock tires, and 3.55 gears. I agree with Khris though, I think 4.56 would be awesome, bit more low end grunt.

I drive on the high way about half the time, generally not far with the exception of an occasional 45 minute drive now and then. Minus hunting season

If you do more highway, stick to 4.10s, the low end grunt with 4.56s would be nice but more highway driving 4.10s are much better.
