heater ?

Ok so a few weeks ago i replaced complete dash and new heater core in my 96 r1500 ! Drove it yesterday to town and the heat doesn't get real hot ? It was about 15deg yesterday so i was thinking too much cold air coming through the radiator ? Any ideas ?

Yes it don't have any air in it unless it got some in it after ? It worked good right after but it was only 30's then but colder now !

It's really hard to get all the air out of the heater core. Do you hear a gurgling when you start the truck?
