Default stumped

so a few months ago, i got the p1762 AGAIN and i put in a borg warner governor pressure solenoid and replaced a few other bits why i was in there. tranny shifts good and still does right now. turned it on today after work and ive got p1762 again. it cant possibly have failed this early on. My fluid was a bit low, so i checked for leaks and i wasn't able to find any. I imagine the code came up cause of the low fluid again cause it has before from it. It still works fine with the code on, i did reset it, cause its bull ****. My only thought is that its burning through fluid at a slow rate, although the fluid wasn't burnt. i doubt my o2s are going out, since there both less then a year old. Im putting 4:56s in on monday, so im hoping less strain on this tranny will make it relax a bit. could running 3:55 with 35's for a extended period of time result in fluid getting used up? cause if its not leaking, idk where its going

It's probably just solidifying somewhere....

My truck occasionally whines about the 4th gear solenoid, even though everything works fine..... I just clear the code, and it will stay gone for a few months. I just don't worry about it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
