Default Hole in thermostat

Just a quick question...

When everyone is talking about drilling a hole in their thermostat (to bleed the air out of the heater core), what size are we talking about? 1/8", 1/32", or smaller? I can't believe any larger, though???

It a so your thermostat doesn't get vapor locked.

Most stats come with a little hole and a plunger type thing.
