Default Transmission help

I have a 95' Dodge Cummins and the torque bolts came out of it, I replaced the flex plate and torque converter and reassembled everything. The problem I am having is that it drives just fine in 2wd but when I put it in 4wd it won't even turn the tires. I've checked all the fluid levels and they are good. I don't know if my linkages are off or if my vacuum tubes to the transfer case aren't right or if its a more serious problem, please help!
