Default Door hinges

I am in need to find new driver side door hinges for my 1994 ram 1500.

I am planning to go to the junk yard and see what I can find. My question is what years will work?? Will all 1994 to 2001 model years work, or is it only 1994 to 1998 model years?

Also any ideas on where to get new parts if needed.

Thx for the help.

How bad are the hinges? Is it just the pins and bushings that are bad? Those can be replaced relatively cheaply/easily. Hinges are fun, as one bolt on each comes thru from the inside of the truck......

You pretty much have to pull the dash to replace a hinge, because of the bolt HeyYou mentioned.

I recently replaced the top drivers side hinge on my 1998 and I only had to remove the parking brake pedal assembly, it was a pain but it wasn't too bad.

I had replaced the passenger side hinge and the upper hinge bolt was hidden by the dash. I thought the the driver side was the same, but if it's just the parking brake assembly in the way I stand corrected.

My truck was hit on the drivers side door, so the door needs to be replaced. Also the hinges are bent out which is why I want to replace the hinges. I was going to take them off and see if I could bend then back in, but I think with the hassle of getting the door off, i just want to replace the hinges. The hinges have more issues then just the pins.

All this is on the driver side..I already have removed the parking brake and can feel the bolts on the inside.

Can you confirm the model years for hinges that will work? Is it full 1994 to 2001 or is it just 94 to 97?

Thx for all the other replies and help...

if you can't find used ones, lmc truck has all the hinge stuff you'll need.
