Sorry I didn't know it's my first time on here and I'm trying to figure everything out. My dodge has 220,000 miles on it and there's no check engine light and no code. I replaced all fuses in the engine bay as well as the cab. I don't know what it can be.

Look into why the pump is not priming. As soon as you turn the key to on you should hear it. Did it have this same problem with the old pump? Try swapping out the asd relay also.

If you go out to the thing now and it won't start, grab a rubber mallet and bang heartily on the bottom of the gas tank under the fuel pump. If it'll start after that, replace the pump -- and know that the higher the quality of the replacement, the longer you'll go before the next replacement is required. An Airtex or similar cheapie will be annoying you way too soon with a seemingly premature failure.

No it never did it with the old pump. The old pump just stopped working all together. I was told about the ASD relay but i cant figure out were it would be at. I did also hear that it might be caused by the crankshaft positioning sensor. I'm just waiting for that to come in through the mail and give that a try. I'm just hoping that its not the computer to the truck

It's in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) under the hood atop the left fender well, between the battery and the ABS controller. The legend (what's where) is on the bottom of the PDC cover.
