Default Will these rims fit?

I have a 94 ram 1500 . It has stock chrome 16 inch 5bolt rims with 265. 75. 16s. On it. And I'm getting a set of rims and tires from a 04 ish durango could be newer . It's a newer style. Their 17 inch rims but are 5bolt. Same as mine I measured and they look close to the same bolt pattern . I need to know if their gonna fit And are they going to be bigger tire their 265 75 17s. And mine are 265 75 16s. Will they be bigger? Cause I thought the second number is the sidewall height. Like percentage of something I forget how thst works.

Here you go.

Depends on the backspacing and offset if those WHEELS will fit or not.

I have tons of room for the tires. I know they will fit but is the bolt pattern gonna match up. Their both dodge 5bolt just about 10 years apart. Going with 17s. I got enough room for the rotor and brake caliper. Easily. . I didn't know if their gonna bolt up or if they are gonna stick in to far or out idk before I go get buy them. I thought maby someone here might have some experience with newer rims on gen 2 trucks

Bolt pattern is the same, not sure about hub diameter, or backspacing. The 04 Durango also apparently came with two different 17" wheels, and 8 inch wide, and an 8.5 inch wide......

I did alot of research. The only difference is the offset. My truck and all dodge ram 1500 from 93 to 2015 it says standard offset. And the durango rims all all medium offset. Does that mean they will stick out or too far in? And do they make spacers to bring it out to where I need? If that's the case. I don't mind if they stick out . But in too far is bad .

Offset is calculated from width, and backspacing. You need to know what the backspacing is, that is FAR more important than offset.
