Top radiator hose keeps slipping loose

Hose that going into block is at bottom corner, return is top corner, there is no space between bottom and hose connection.
Actually the return is the lower hose. The spring clamps i found don't always tighten down enough and cause leaks. This may be because they been on the vehicle since day one and are beat. ??? Wish someone would invent a screw clamp style that has the ability to stretch like the spring clamps.

I should have updated this, the new hose still leaked just a tiny bit. So put on with some permatex and have went for almost a year and no moister on the shop towel I have wrapped around hose connection. May not be proper way, but it has worked.

I think they use something like that on heater hoses at the factory. Holy crap that stuff is like concrete.

I will have to get some of them. I'm tired of retightening the clamp on my water neck.
