Default Low fuel causing misfire multiple

Hi have a 96 ram 1500 5.9 v8. Problem occurs when fuel gets below 1\4 tank. Once refueled runs fine until it gets to 1\4 tank again. I have replaced tps sensor, plugs, wires, and evap air control motor. I'm thinking it's not getting proper fuel pressure once it gets that low on gas so I have dropped fuel tank and removed fuel pump. Am waiting on replacement. Hope this fixes problem. Has anyone ever experienced a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with your fuel pump and/or pickup.

Ya that's what I'm thinking. But it's just wierd that it only does it when fuel gets low. And by pick up you mean the fuel line?

Or maybe your fuel gauge is lying to you.
