This is the stock cooler inside of the radiator. It's actually about 12" in length. I have the ends taped off to seal them and the fittings are zip-tied to it, so I don't lose them.
I had to replace my radiator recently, under emergency situation. I thought the aluminum crimp was leaking, but the plastic tank was cracked and I made it worse by trying to tighten the crimp. It was suppose to snow that night, and this is my plow truck. I got a radiator from local discount parts house, the price was good (138.00) but not much quality. The radiator was a lot lighter than the original and had a very hard time getting aluminum trans. cooler adapter to stop leaking. I would rather have bought a stock Mopar radiator from dealer, although I did not price them.
